  We've had nothing but positive experiences at this Walgreens. Located conveniently between home and work, when you just need to stop in somewhere without long checkout lines, this is perfect! Even if you pay $0.25 more for an item, it's worth it for the convenience. And they do have excellent deals on their specials. They have a great variety, so I've never left frustrated that I wasted a trip and didn't find what I was looking for. And the pharmacy has always been professional, efficient, and HIPAA compliant. One of the bright spots in Fayetteville.
