  I ordered $53.85 worth of toys and tried to use a $50 gift card and the remainder on my debit card. Everything went in fine so I thought. They ended up charging it all to my debit card. So I called within 5 minutes of placing the order and was not able to get ahold of anyone so I placed a call back with them so they could fix the payment method. They called me back about an hour later. The guy told me there was nothing he could do about the payment method so I told him just to cancel the order. He said I had to cancel the order within 40 minutes of placing the order or it couldn’t be cancelled. Then he said instead of canceling the order I could want for the package to be delivered and then just refuse the package from the delivery driver. :/ Never heard of that in my life. So I asked that he transfer me to a supervisor because I felt like he was trying to blow me off. Then after putting me on hold for 25 minutes he gets back on and tells me his supervisor is busy and wanted to know if I would take a $20 voucher. I told him that I just wanted my order taken care of. Then I asked him if there was a reason he didn’t want to put me through to a supervisor and the guy just laughed in the phone. He then put me on hold again to get his supervisor. Next thing I know, he hung up on me. So I called back and here I sit still as I type this on hold for another 30 minutes and counting. I’ve spent almost 2 hours on this now. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I thought being Christmas time and a big toy provider that they would be more organized and have better customer service. I guess I was wrong.
