  I would never recommend coming here Myron is rude AND VERY slow he is not trained properly he has to always call T-Mobile for help... Stay AWAY FROM HERE!!

  After constantly having to deal with the South Raeford rd location and none of the employees acting like they wanted to help anyone or acting like they knew what they were doing, I went to this location to switch out my Note 7. John, Matt and De'las went above and beyond to help me. Everything the other Store had repetitively told me they couldn't do or wasn't possible, these 3 guys took care of. T-Mobile should send them to S. Raeford rd to teach their employees how to do their jobs instead of saying "I don't know", "We can't do that" or standing out front smoking cigarettes. Thanks to all 3 of you for getting my phone switched out and doing it right and with the attitude of We are here to help our customers. Your dedication is the only thing that kept me at T-Mobile. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
