  My Tmobile experience was tainted by a know it all but really know nothing at all rep named Casey. I am still in my 14 day buyers remorse period therefore all cancellations have to be done in store as well as the refund that comes along with it. She had an attitude the first time I walked in and told her my issues. She wouldn't listen to me even when I came back 15 minutes later. I had told her again that the T-Mobile rep over the phone told me I had to do it in store. Instead of accepting my answer or at least looking into it she was shutting me down. I told her I'm calling the rep again because I'm tired of going back and forth wasting my time. She got smart and said I'm here until 6 go ahead. After 20 minutes on hold l got a rep by the name of Michelle and the in store rep Casey still wanted to agrue with her saying why couldn't she do it with you over the phone. I guess once Michelle drove the point home that she has to do it. She grudgingly started the process. Then she got on phone with the retail service and tried to say I'm canceling a free line. I restated my point that I was told by other more knowledgeable reps that it wasn't. Final straw of horrible customer service was once this was finally done. She was here you go your free line is cancelled. Seriously, trying to infer I'm dumb for cancelling a free line when I know it's not free. Honestly I felt like was being discriminated against, because I'm black. She a racist white woman that doesn't think a black woman can know what she's talking about. The only bright spots are Elise and Christopher they were the ones l originally worked with. They were friendly and knew their jobs. If you go here don't let CASEY get your sale. Work with anyone else but her.
