  We stop in the store pretty frequently. My wife loves the items in stock that she won't find elsewhere. The staff are normally quite nice and helpful. My wife was able to get a custom shirt made that was beautiful, however it did take a while to come in. Overall, this store is worth stopping in if you have some time downtown.

  While checking out, the manager (or owner) was incredibly rude to a group of teenagers shopping and trying on clothes during the Dickens festival and even called the police as she apparently suspected them of stealing. The officer told her he can't respond to kids just being in her store. As they were leaving she was speaking to them very disrespectfully and incredibly unprofessionally. I took my credit card back and left. For a local, small business, they should be mindful how they speak to and about their customers, especially in earshot of other customers. I'll buy my "shower bombs" on Amazon instead and won't be returning.
