  I was referred to them by my Property Mgt for an appliance repair. When I called to let Beverly know I wouldn't be home on the scheduled day, she started bad mouthing me, saying how she couldn't stand customers like me, I was lucky she didn't move me to next week's schedule, I was acting like a b***h, etc. Turns out...Beverly THOUGHT she was actually talking to my property manager and had NO idea she was actually speaking to ME!!! When I finally spoke up, she got flustered and gave the phone to her manager, who was just as rude and callous as her. He defended her actions of trash talking customers behind their backs, and then had the nerve to tell ME I was the one being "snippy". Extremely unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. And after reading these other negative reviews, I guess I should've expected it. It appears as though badmouthing customers is what their known for. I would not suggest this company to ANYONE!!
