  better than torrid if ya ask me. as a plus size girl i shop at both lane bryant and torrid (also ex. victoria secret shopper) switched to LB once i got tired of Victoria secret sticking me with the wrong size bras.. the customer service is much better at LB than torrid (I compare the two because torrid is right next door) usually when I walk in theres at least one person on the floor yelling hello and giving me specials info the cashiers aways seem like they are nice, they arent giddy but i dont blame them, i wouldnt be overly excided to check someone out either. their bras are quite nice I went there for a fitting after wearing vs bras for years LB put me in a 42D (which i am so much more comfy in) meanwhile vs was still trying to push 38C on me after I told them this aint workin. I usually have little trouble finding someone to get me a dressing room unlike at torrid where im sitting there for an hour wating for an associate to free up. It is a great place for plus size wear, I usually only go for intimates, but nuntheless, it is pretty great all around.
