Called back weeks later, tried them again for another chance and they kept ditching. I gave them phone numbers to call so no excuse for the lack of communication. They have someone dedicated to working the phone and she couldn't even call me back just to say, "hey, we're running behind schedule, or we can't make it today". How hard is that?
