  Got my hair cut and styled in the salon and Amber did phenomenal. It's still long even with her removing a lot of the damaged hair from years of dyeing it. I'll be back in a few months when it grows out to get more cut.

  I called on 11 December 2017 to check with the store if they had appliances on display - naturally, I selected "appliances" from their automated menu .. got returned to the main menu 3 times, because "appliances" wasn't answering. I tried other departments - FINALLY got someone in the women's department that was very helpful, answered 1 of my 3 questions (yes, they do have appliances on display), and tried, for 21 minutes and 47 seconds to get someone to answer from appliances for my other 2 questions (do you have upright freezers and a gas stove with stainless top on display). A woman finally came on the line, said she was sorry I'd had to wait so long, but they are very very busy, and short staffed, but could she have my name and number and she would "try to have someone call". Mid holiday season NO store should be so short staffed that a phone call can't be answered in less then 20 minutes! For comparison, I called Sears (in the same shopping center) and got all 3 of my questions answered in 1 minute, 27 seconds, including automated answering system time. 1 Stove, 2 freezers, and a microwave range hood .. that I will not be buying from JC Penney.
