Complained to the manager who supposedly sent it to corporate. Only to get "another" diamond with more smaller carbon spots. This time the manager wouldn't send it back citing "corporate policy" not to send back diamonds that were already sent back once. Thanks for the several thousand dollar hunk of carbon with a little bit of diamond, Harris!
