  Haha ugh I keep going back and every time I do I'm like why? The service inside is awful and the selection for special occasion dresses is limited. I've considered ordering online but the service I get in stores makes me so nervous that I'll get screwed over. What is the point of making an appointment if I share my stylist with another group when it's a slow day? My stylist didn't even try suggesting dresses or check on me once while I was trying dresses on. I picked four and when I was done she was like okay is there anything else I can help you with? Uh yes finding a dress! The whole reason I'm here! She took time to help suggest styling options with the room next to me who was a walk in with no appointment and came in after me. She helped them with finding sizes and bringing them options and putting them in a room first. Out of my one hour appointment I was dressed and walking out into the lobby after 30 minutes. Which means I tried on dresses for ten minutes. So I spent 20 minutes looking on my own. You would think as somebody who works on some kind of commission you'd try. Haha can you tell how frustrated I am?

  Jana, the manager, was so helpful. It was such an amazing experience to work with her. I visited the store twice and on the second trip, I purchased my dress. Jana helped me pull my complete look together by suggesting accessories to compliment my mother of the groom attire. I would most definitely use this dress shop again. Love me some Jana and David’s Bridal.

  If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I simply can't give 5 because of the rough start I had. There was a HUGE mix up with my bridesmaid dress and it was only brought to my attention 3 days before I flew out for an out of country wedding. I don't know how they sold me the wrong color, but they did. One of the managers, I don't know her name, was supposed to be helping me and didn't return my calls. Fortunately, I then spoke with Christina, and she was nothing short of amazing. A dress in my size got shipped immediately from another store then held up due to weather, so she worked with me and we ended up altering a larger dress last minute. I literally went and got sized and 3 hrs later, Sonia, the seamstress, who is equally sweet and amazing, had taken it in and hemmed it perfectly. I picked it up at 8:30 pm and flew out early the next morning. Thank you again, I am so appreciative, and I know the bride was as well!
