  Mostly rude staff. Always complaining about selling lottery tickets. The last time I purchased powerball tickets, the lady behind the counter threw a fit because the slip reader was down & she had to manually punch in the numbers for two tickets. She made me call the numbers out to her then said, that was the last time she was doing it. I asked for power play on both tickets and she printed out a quick pick instead. I explained to her what the power play was & she rudely stated there was no way to fix it & if I didn't want the tickets, she would put them aside and sell my numbers to the next patron who wanted a ticket. I think management needs to do some employee house cleaning. There are good people out there who really want to work so, why keep those around who obviously don't??
